Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Pass all applicable background checks and pre-employment screenings
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for the role
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food preparation or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn how to cook and work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand at different stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a friendly atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and dining areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support team members in daily operations and restaurant goals
- Learn and adhere to Chipotle's standards for food quality and presentation
- Assist in training new Crew Members as needed
