Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to learn and follow food handling and safety protocols
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Demonstrated friendly and enthusiastic attitude

- Willingness to learn food preparation and cooking techniques
- Must be at least 16 years old
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow Chipotle’s food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and advance in career
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
