Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- physically able to perform the tasks required
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- maintain a friendly and enthusiastic attitude

- desire to learn how to cook
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer service roles is a plus but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- enthusiasm for learning culinary skills
- commitment to delivering excellent customer experience
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily without the use of microwaves, freezers, or can openers
- work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service while creating a friendly atmosphere
- participate in training to develop skills across multiple roles
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant
- support and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- handle cash and digital tips accurately
