As a team member, you'll work in various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, and you will be trained to feel confident and capable at each position. Providing exceptional customer service is a key component of this role—creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere is essential to customer satisfaction and repeat business. This role is open to individuals with all levels of experience, including those with no prior food service background. The base pay for this position ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, with eligibility for digital tips which can enhance earnings.
