Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting, and handling kitchen equipment
- Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures
- Pass any required background checks or drug screenings
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- Desire to learn extensive cooking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location

- Basic food safety knowledge is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand without using freezers, microwaves or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Participate in ongoing training to develop culinary and service skills
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work environment
- Uphold Chipotle's values and commitment to quality and sustainability
