Job Duties
- prepare real food daily by hand without using freezers, microwaves or can openers
- provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- participate in training programs to develop cooking and service skills
- support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- promote Chipotle’s mission and values in daily work
- follow food safety and hygiene standards
