Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Basic food handling knowledge preferred
Pass required background checks if applicable
Legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or customer service is beneficial but not required
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Prepare and cook food items according to Chipotle standards
Provide excellent customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
Operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant
Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment
Follow all health and safety regulations
