Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Must comply with company uniform and grooming standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively in the primary work language
Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Learn and adhere to food safety standards and procedures
Assist with stocking and inventory as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
Uphold Chipotle's commitment to quality and sustainable food practices
