- capability to stock ingredients
- ability to prepare product as per standards
- proficiency in receiving and processing telephone orders
- competence to take inventory and complete paperwork
- ability to clean equipment and work environment daily
- skill to work in a fast paced environment
- strong communication skills both verbal and written
- mathematical ability to make correct monetary change
- physical coordination for rapid, precise movements
- computer literacy for order entry
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- great customer service skills and effective service recovery
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with accuracy
- ability to make correct monetary change
- motor coordination for precise and rapid movements
- familiarity with computer keyboard or touch screen usage for order entry
