Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others
- Willingness to learn how to cook extensively
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for helping others
- Ability to learn cooking and food preparation techniques
- Must be at least 16 years old
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow all food safety and health regulations
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge
- Support company initiatives related to sustainability and community involvement
