Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
Passion for helping and serving others
Willingness to learn how to cook extensively
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is advantageous but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for helping others
Ability to learn cooking and food preparation techniques
Must be at least 16 years old

Job Duties

Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Follow all food safety and health regulations
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge
Support company initiatives related to sustainability and community involvement
