Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds

  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated passion for helping and serving customers and team members
  • Willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant operations
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Prepare food according to Chipotle standards and recipes
  • Operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant work areas
  • Follow food safety and health guidelines strictly
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
