Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Previous experience in high volume, customer-facing roles preferred but not required
- Customer service or sales experience considered a bonus
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around the park for extended periods
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Job Duties
- Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues to provide friendly and memorable customer experiences
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment throughout the park
- Serve as Court Monitor to enforce safety rules and ensure guest well-being
- Assist in food preparation and customer service as a Cafe Associate
- Host parties and manage party events to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Handle front desk tasks including membership sales and customer inquiries
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily park activities and safety protocols
