Employees also benefit from discounted meals during their shifts, eligibility for college scholarships to support further education, and access to health insurance benefits. Beyond the tangible benefits, Boddie-Noell fosters a caring workplace culture through programs like the Helping Hands financial assistance fund and corporate chaplain support services, creating a workplace that supports employees in both their personal and professional lives.

The responsibilities of this role include greeting guests with a smile, preparing and delivering food items that meet company standards, helping maintain cleanliness, and supporting restaurant operations in alignment with health, safety, and security policies. Hardee's and Boddie-Noell Enterprises value veterans and candidates with military backgrounds and encourage them to apply.
