Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older
- Meet physical demands of the role including lifting up to 60 pounds, constant standing, walking, grasping, stopping, reaching

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Previous experience in food service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Smile and greet guest
- Ensure that guests receive only quality products
- Interact with customers in a pleasant and up-beat fashion
- Keep work area clean, organized and stocked
- Wash dishes, sweep, mop, take out trash and clean restrooms
- Be punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, willing to learn, reliable and honest
- Work with team to prepare the restaurant for each shift
- Ensure restaurant is always clean and welcoming for guests
- Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members
- Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism
- Recognize and adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures
- Exhibit the actions and behaviors which best demonstrate BNE's Vision and Values
- Perform other tasks as directed by management
- Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. professionally at all times
