Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- capable of standing for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- able to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is a plus
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- good physical stamina to handle standing and movement throughout shifts
Job Duties
- assist customers with ordering and inquiries
- prepare and cook food items according to Five Guys standards
- maintain cleanliness and food safety in all work areas
- operate cash registers and handle payments accurately
- work collaboratively across all restaurant stations including grill, prep, and closing duties
- participate in the Secret Shopper program by upholding service quality
- follow all company policies and procedures consistently
