Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Current flight service, passenger service, or passenger sales experience is preferred
  • Understanding of working with a contract labor group is desirable
  • Ability to coach, develop, and lead a team of Flight Attendants
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
  • Must meet qualifications to train as a flight attendant
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance and service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to push or pull force of up to 60 pounds and perform physical job requirements, including emergency evacuation drills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects effectively
  • Must pass FAA criminal background checks and DOT drug tests

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Current flight service, passenger service, or passenger sales experience preferred
  • Understanding of working with a contract labor group is desirable
  • Ability to coach, develop, and lead a team of Flight Attendants
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
  • Must meet qualifications to train as a flight attendant

  • Experience in a supervisory role within the airline industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices in aviation is a plus

Job Duties

  • Supervise, direct, and coordinate job performance of Flight Attendants and Support Staff
  • Act as the Manager on Duty or in an operational support role on the concourse, at the gates, or on the aircraft as required
  • Coach and counsel subordinate employees to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Initiate corrective actions, including dismissals when necessary
  • Guide the development of Flight Attendants and Support Staff for greater responsibilities and promotions
  • Participate in task forces and planning activities to address departmental challenges and future direction
  • Ensure consistent delivery of quality service to customers
  • Conduct in-flight Quality Service Reviews and collaborate with various departments and vendors
  • Work shift hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
