This job opportunity is with a McDonald’s restaurant owned and independently operated by a franchisee, which is a separate company from McDonald’s USA. While this franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s iconic brand, logos, and food products, it operates autonomously, including all hiring and employment decisions. This means that if you are hired, you will be employed directly by the franchisee rather than McDonald’s USA, which has no involvement in employment matters such as hiring, firing, employee supervision, or scheduling.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long hours
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- ability to follow safety procedures
- reliable and punctual
- good interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous maintenance or cleaning experience is a plus
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good communication skills
- capable of handling physical tasks and standing for extended periods
- attention to detail
Job Duties
- Filter oil fryers daily
- maintain outside grounds
- clean equipment and interior and exterior windows
- clean stock rooms and restrooms
- unload delivery truck twice a week
- take out and empty trash compactor
- change light bulbs
- clean HVAC and exhaust units and remove roof debris
