The Operations Crew Lead is also responsible for coaching, training, and supervising crew members to meet performance goals set by supervisors. This involves conducting performance evaluations, fostering a culture of ownership with clear expectations, and ensuring safety practices are rigorously followed to prevent unauthorized access to tunnels and hazardous areas. Regular patrols and inspections of facilities, equipment, and personnel ensure operational readiness and compliance with safety standards.
