Job Requirements
- Be willing and able to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Use restaurant equipment such as headset, register or grill
- Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare food and serve customers
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Be proactive in addressing issues
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment safely
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality service
Job Duties
- Maintain a positive attitude and assist fellow crew and customers
- Learn and follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare food and serve customers
- Use restaurant equipment such as headset, register and grill
- Stand and move during most or all of the shift
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure a welcoming restaurant environment
- Address and resolve issues promptly to uphold quality
- Participate in paid training programs to enhance skills
