Job Requirements
- Willingness to stand and move during entire shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment like headset, register or grill
- Follow recipes and safety standards
- Must be able to maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Authorization to work in the country
- Commitment to upholding brand standards and guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment
- Experience in customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Stand and move for most if not all of your shift
- Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
- Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food
- Serve our customers with a positive attitude
- Maintain a clean restaurant that you’re proud to work in
- Help your fellow crew and customers
- Make it right if something doesn’t seem right
