Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Comply with company policies and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location

  • Desire to learn and develop cooking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand daily
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Learn and operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Maintain a clean and friendly restaurant environment
  • Engage positively with customers and team members
  • Support team operations and contribute to a friendly atmosphere
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
