This job opportunity is at a McDonald’s restaurant operated by an independent franchisee, which is part of a global fast-food restaurant chain known for serving America’s favorite food with speed, accuracy, and hospitality. The franchisee operates under a license to use McDonald’s branding and menus but functions as a separate company responsible for all employment matters including hiring, supervision, and scheduling. The role itself is a CORE position, a key leadership and operational role that anchors restaurant operations. The responsibility includes leading in three critical areas: Production Leader in the kitchen, Drive-Thru Presenter, and Front of House Host. CORE team members are fundamental to creating those crucial "moments of truth" - the final opportunity to make guests feel welcomed and satisfied so they keep returning. These team members don’t just perform assigned tasks, they own their role with pride and serve as role models within the restaurant. They set the tone on every shift by leading through example, consistently delivering quality, speed, and hospitality.

This position requires availability to work one of several predefined CORE shifts, including breakfast, mid-day, closing, and overnight shifts. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have prior experience in a quick service restaurant environment, pass a criminal background check, and be authorized to work in the United States.
