Unlike McDonald’s USA corporate stores, this particular restaurant is owned and operated by a separate franchisee who holds the rights to use McDonald’s logos, branding, and food products. While the restaurant operates under the well-known McDonald’s brand, all employment matters including hiring, firing, supervision, discipline, staffing, and scheduling are solely managed by this franchisee entity rather than McDonald’s USA. Therefore, if you are hired for this position, your employment contract and all related communications will be with the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA.
