Job Requirements
- Willingness and ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment including registers, headsets, and grills
- Commitment to following food safety and hygiene standards
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to maintain a positive attitude and work as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Eligibility to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Basic knowledge of restaurant equipment operation
Job Duties
- Prepare quality food according to brand standards
- Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant
- Use restaurant equipment such as register, headset, and grill
- Follow safety and operational protocols
- Assist fellow crew members as needed
- Uphold Wendy's brand values in all customer interactions
