Founded with a mission to redefine the fast-food experience, Chipotle operates restaurants across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany. The company stands out in the industry as it owns and operates all its restaurants in North America and Europe, ensuring high standards of quality, customer service, and sustainability practices across every location.

For applicants with various backgrounds—whether experienced as dishwashers, cashiers, servers, hosts, bartenders, cooks, or even those without any prior experience—Chipotle welcomes passionate and enthusiastic individuals eager to be part of its mission.

The role offers a competitive base pay ranging from $16.75 to $17.75 per hour and eligibility for digital tips, reflecting the company’s dedication to rewarding talent adequately. Additionally, employees have access to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support both personal and professional growth. This includes tuition assistance covering 100% of select degrees or up to $5,250 per year, free food during shifts, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holiday closures, and more. Whether seeking full-time or part-time work, Chipotle provides flexible opportunities along with strong potential for advancement.

Joining Chipotle means being part of a values-driven, people-first organization committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The company promotes fair employment practices without discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristics. Chipotle also ensures reasonable accommodations in hiring for qualified applicants with disabilities, further reflecting its commitment to an inclusive workplace.
