Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and move during the entire shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills
- Willingness to follow all brand standards and guidelines
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Commitment to upholding health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is an asset but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be able to stand and move for the duration of the shift
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food according to Wendy's brand standards
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth restaurant operations
- Participate in paid training programs to develop skills and knowledge
