Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

- Desire to learn cooking extensively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Deliver exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow company standards for food safety and quality
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance culinary and service skills
- Uphold Chipotle's commitment to sustainability and responsible sourcing in all tasks
