Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a bakery or kitchen environment
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Refill crepe menu products, viennoiserie, pastries, gelato, ice coolers, reach-in beverage coolers, reach-in pantry coolers and condiment drawer
  • Communicate with management, chef and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or employees
  • Knowledgeable of retail pastry for wedding and special occasions
  • Prepare and serve food and beverage items
  • Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment
  • Properly label date on products used in crepes
  • Clear tables and counters, sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests when there is no crepe order
  • Use and clean equipment such as crepe machine, whipped cream machine, warmer, juicer, coffee maker, toaster, Panini machine, blender, soda machine, oven and steamer
  • Maintain stock volume by restocking the sales floor, receive, unpack and put away deliveries
