Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience preferably in upscale or boutique dining establishments
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical stamina to endure long periods standing and perform kitchen duties
- willingness to relocate or commute if necessary
- reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- multi-unit or hotel kitchen experience considered a plus

- Culinary degree or equivalent professional culinary experience
- proven experience as a sous chef or in a similar leadership kitchen role
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- knowledge of scratch cooking techniques and fresh ingredient preparation

Job Duties
- Mentor and train culinary team members to enhance skills and foster continuous learning
- collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to develop innovative menu items and improve kitchen operations

- manage kitchen staff schedules and workflow to ensure efficiency
- tackle challenges proactively with a solutions-oriented approach
- oversee daily kitchen activities and ensure smooth service during peak hours
- adapt to dynamic hospitality environments and perform effectively under pressure
