Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years experience in events, design, hospitality, marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Canva
- Ability to capture and edit content using a mobile device
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and assist with physical event tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years experience in events, design, hospitality, marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Canva required (Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
- Comfortable capturing and editing content via mobile device
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project tools preferred
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and assist with physical event work
- Represent Spark at networking events, site visits, and industry functions
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Build and format client proposals in Canva aligned with Spark By Design’s brand
- Write compelling, on-brand descriptions for venues, vendors, and experiences
- Assist in developing mood boards, design decks, and presentation materials
- Research venues, entertainment, decor, and experience partners
- Gather pricing, availability, and assets to support proposal development
- Maintain accuracy across proposals, Event Cost Sheets, and internal tracking tools
- Place and review orders, coordinate pickups and deliveries with vendors
- Assist with internal systems updates in Spark’s systems and shared files
- Assist with event installation, styling, vendor coordination, and strike
- Support production documents, schedules, and project updates
- Ensure design details are executed according to plan
- Capture behind-the-scenes and event-day content to support Spark’s social media and marketing efforts
