We are currently seeking a passionate, highly creative Executive Chef to lead this vibrant kitchen. This role is a working Executive Chef position where leadership means being on the line and fully engaged in every aspect of food preparation and kitchen operations. You won’t be a clipboard chef but a hands-on leader who cooks alongside the team, inspires creativity, and drives excellence every day.

As the Executive Chef, you will have the freedom to create and evolve a seasonal Mediterranean-inspired menu while maintaining strict consistency and execution standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing food and labor costs, inventory, ordering, and waste control. You will recruit, train, develop, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team that upholds uncompromising standards for food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality. Handling the volume and pressure of a busy kitchen with confidence, calm, and finesse will be essential to your success. You will put the final touch on every plate leaving the kitchen and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. This position is perfect for chefs who are deeply passionate about food, wine, and guest experience and are eager to push creativity in a hands-on, supportive kitchen environment. The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000, reflecting the high level of talent and dedication we expect from our Executive Chef.

Job Requirements

  • Working chef with hands-on cooking experience

  • Experience managing high volume fast-paced kitchens
  • Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and ingredients
  • Ability to manage food and labor costs effectively
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Physical ability to stand bend and lift up to 45 lbs
  • Willingness to work in a demanding fast-paced kitchen environment
