Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary training preferred
- Two to three years of experience in a fast-paced, high-end club or restaurant
- Ability to work extended hours including late nights, weekends and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing trends
- Proficiency in cooking techniques
- Mastery of knife handling
- Knowledge of ingredients and seasonal availability
- Ability to manage projects and multi-task
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
