We are currently looking to expand our Mission Bay family by welcoming a dedicated and passionate Bartender to join our team. This role involves crafting and serving both classic cocktails and innovative beverages to our guests, acting as the friendly and energetic face of the bar and lounge. The ideal candidate will possess strong mixology skills and excellent customer service abilities, creating memorable drink experiences that enhance the overall guest satisfaction. Applicants will be expected to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends to support our diverse Food & Beverage outlets such as Covewood, where guests indulge in local flavors amidst a Pacific breeze with cozy fire features in an intimate indoor/outdoor atmosphere.

Responsibilities also include up-selling menu items, managing bar inventory through proper use of equipment and ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness standards essential for a safe and attractive bar area.
