At Covenant College in Lookout Mountain, Georgia, Creative Dining Services is seeking Part Time Student Associates to join their team for the summer season, from May 24 to June 26. Job Duties
- Sets up food service, kitchen, or salad area facilities, equipment and utensils under detailed instruction
- checks food temperatures and/or prepares areas for daily operations
- may operate cooking or bakery equipment as assigned
- prepares or assists in the preparation of hot and cold meals and beverages
- serves food items to customers from counters and/or steam tables in accordance with specific instructions ensuring appropriate portions
- replenishes foods, silverware, glassware, dishes, and trays at serving stations
- may order and replenish condiments
- cleans and maintains work areas including floors, facilities, dishes, utensils, and equipment
- collects and places garbage and trash in designated containers
- washes pots, pans, and other service ware ensuring sanitary handling
- organizes and replaces service ware to appropriate location
- performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
