Job Duties
- Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and making sure every need is met from start to finish
- Know the menu inside and out including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines to guide guests expertly
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately with attention to detail that ensures correct orders and guest satisfaction
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and composure during busy times
- Handle payment transactions precisely, close checks confidently, and follow company and security protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area according to regulations and certification standards
- Stay energized and on your feet, lifting, bending, and moving with strength and endurance throughout shifts
