Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage professionally with guests and coworkers
- Must obtain and maintain any required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler's Card per state regulations

Job Duties
- Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and ensuring guest needs are met
- Know the menu thoroughly including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately
- Manage multiple tables while keeping service smooth and dining areas clean
- Handle payment transactions with precision and follow all company and security protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the service area at all times
- Stay energized and physically able to manage the demands of the role throughout the shift
