Offering a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, and more, the company is dedicated to supporting its staff both professionally and personally. Join a team where your skills are valued, your growth is encouraged, and your contributions directly impact guest satisfaction and business success.

As a Front Desk Manager OEM at Aimbridge Hospitality, based at the Courtyard Nashville Green Hills, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for every guest. This position is an overtime eligible manager role, meaning overtime is applicable and calculated accordingly. Located in the vibrant city of Nashville, this hotel offers a strategic location near top attractions such as Belmont University, Lipscomb University, and Centennial Park, making it a popular choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel itself boasts modern amenities including plush Marriott bedding, ergonomic workspaces, a rooftop pool, 24-hour fitness center, and dining options that include a bistro with Starbucks coffee and craft cocktails.

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring a warm and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining high standards of guest service throughout their stay. Your role will involve motivating, coaching, and guiding the front desk team to uphold procedures and deliver exceptional hospitality. You will act as a problem solver, anticipating and resolving issues before they affect guests or operational efficiency. Additionally, you will focus on maximizing room revenue through strategic rate management and effective communication with guests and staff alike.

This role requires a natural leader with a genuine passion for hospitality, someone who can remain composed under pressure and maintain objective decision-making in high-stress scenarios. Your proficiency with Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing tools will support your management responsibilities. The position calls for a professional with progressive experience in the hotel industry and demonstrated supervisory capabilities. Aimbridge Hospitality champions a culture of 'we' over 'I', encouraging team collaboration, shared successes, and continuous improvement to enhance guest experiences and achieve business goals. Joining this team means becoming part of a dynamic and supportive community dedicated to hospitality excellence and personal growth.
