At the heart of the hotel is The Bistro, a welcoming destination for breakfast, dinner, and drinks, complemented by a diverse menu that includes delectable entrees, small plates, and an extensive craft beer selection. The Bistro offers a full restaurant and bar/lounge experience, providing guests with inviting spaces to relax, dine, or work with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property. This role involves confidently taking customer orders, serving food and drinks efficiently, and maintaining a spotless and organized service area. Attention to detail and adherence to company standards and safety guidelines are crucial to the role, ensuring that each shift runs smoothly and that guests leave with memorable dining experiences.

Handling transactions accurately and following security protocols is a key component, as is maintaining hygiene standards to provide a safe environment for both guests and staff.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings, enjoy interacting with people, and take pride in creating exceptional service moments. The hotel offers a competitive benefits package for full-time employees following an initial waiting period, including daily pay options, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability income, life insurance, paid time off, employee assistance programs, and a 401k retirement plan.
