Job Description

Courtyard at Monterey Park is a state-of-the-art hotel that offers exceptional hospitality and excellent amenities for both business and leisure travelers. This modern hotel features a recently renovated lobby that provides guests with greater flexibility and a variety of spaces tailored for work, relaxation, and socializing. At the heart of the lobby is The Bistro, a popular spot offering delicious breakfast options, as well as drinks and dinner in the evening. The full-service restaurant and bar/lounge serve a range of entrees and small plates, paired with a large craft beer selection, ensuring a satisfying dining experience for guests. Additional hotel amenities include a well-equipped fitness center and an outdoor pool, designed to keep guests active and refreshed during their stay. With free Wi-Fi available throughout the property, Courtyard at Monterey Park is committed to making every guest's visit comfortable, productive, and enjoyable.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as House Attendants. This role is vital to maintaining the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of our hotel. As a House Attendant, you will be the behind-the-scenes hero who ensures every public area in the hotel is spotless and inviting. You will be responsible for maintaining sanitation across the facility, from lobbies to restrooms, carpets to furniture, and more. Additionally, you will play an important role in guest relations by promptly responding to guest requests with a friendly and professional attitude, delivering items, and providing services that contribute to an outstanding hospitality experience.

The House Attendant will also support special events and meetings by helping set up rooms and making sure every detail is in place for guests to enjoy a seamless and memorable experience. Safety and security are also key responsibilities, as you will help safeguard sensitive areas, manage lost-and-found items with care, and follow safe work practices to prevent injuries and promote a secure environment. This position requires physical stamina and a proactive attitude, as the role involves various hands-on tasks throughout the day.

We value team members who have an eagle eye for detail, a ready-for-anything mindset, and a true passion for enhancing people’s experiences. If you possess these qualities, joining our team as a House Attendant will provide you with an energetic and rewarding career opportunity in a supportive and dynamic environment. This role offers competitive pay with the possibility of daily pay options and eligibility for a robust benefits package after a waiting period for full-time hires. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability income, life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401k retirement plan. Join us at Courtyard at Monterey Park and become a key part of a team devoted to hospitality excellence.
