- tidy up lobbies hallways and restrooms so they are impressively polished
- ensure carpets furniture and fixtures are guest-ready and gleaming
- deliver prompt and friendly service to guests making every interaction five-star
- assist in the setup of meetings and events including chairs tables and technology
- maintain security of sensitive areas handle lost-and-found items professionally
- follow safe work habits to stay injury-free and ready for action
