We are currently seeking a dedicated House Attendant to join our housekeeping team and play a vital role in maintaining the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The House Attendant will be responsible for ensuring that all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other guest-facing facilities, are impeccably clean and inviting at all times. This role demands a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in creating a sparkling, mess-free environment that enhances the overall guest experience. Beyond cleaning duties, the House Attendant acts as a friendly and helpful representative of the hotel, ready to assist guests promptly and warmly. This role also involves supporting the setup and breakdown of meetings and special events, contributing to the smooth operation and success of these occasions.

Working as a House Attendant at the Courtyard at Monterey Park requires physical stamina, careful attention to safety protocols, and a commitment to providing exceptional service with a positive attitude. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • experience in a hotel or related field is a plus
  • valid driver’s license for the applicable state required
  • acceptable motor vehicle driving record if driving is property specific
  • ability to perform well in stressful or high-pressure situations
