Job Duties
- Greet every guest and teammate with genuine warmth and a service-first smile
- Rock your uniform and name tag with pride, always looking sharp and polished
- Swiftly load, unload, and tag bags, escorting guests to their rooms
- Keep the scoop on all the local hotspots, attractions, and transportation options
- Safeguard sensitive areas, master keys, and guest privacy with responsibility
- Assist guests with concierge requests and support front desk operations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of hotel vehicles for guest transportation
