Job Requirements
- At least five years of progressive hotel experience in Rooms or Food and Beverage or a four-year degree with 2-3 years experience or a two-year degree with 3-4 years related experience
- Supervisory background required
- Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
- Must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

- Ability to remain calm and objective under pressure
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in recruiting and staff development
- Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems and financial data management
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service excellence
- Certifications or ability to obtain Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
Job Duties
- Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and partnering with the General Manager
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff
- Facilitate ongoing employee development through training programs
- Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues and guests
- Manage financial information and support hotel operations through data analysis
- Utilize Windows Operating Systems for efficient management and reporting
- Enforce professional appearance and grooming standards among staff
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a positive, service-focused attitude
