The Courtyard Indianapolis is currently seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join their team. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about hospitality and eager to take on a leadership position within a dynamic food and beverage team. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure that visitors receive outstanding service and unforgettable dining experiences. The supervisor's responsibilities extend beyond oversight of daily operations to actively motivating and supporting the team, resolving guest concerns efficiently, and maintaining high standards in food quality and presentation throughout service periods.

In this role, you will be a key player in fostering a collaborative and communicative team environment. You will lead by example, facilitate effective staff meetings, and help ensure that everyone remains informed and motivated toward common goals. Your operational duties will include managing costs, cash handling, preparing staff schedules, maintaining accurate inventories, and utilizing technology to streamline processes. Creativity and innovation are encouraged as you will also help develop promotional campaigns to boost guest traffic and sales while supporting training and performance initiatives that contribute to the team's growth and the overall success of the business.

This opportunity allows you to lead a talented team in a professional setting while helping to create positive experiences for guests from the moment they arrive. The position is full-time and comes with a competitive benefits package after an initial waiting period, including options like daily pay, medical and dental coverage, disability income, life insurance, paid time off, employee assistance, and a 401k retirement plan.
