The Front Desk Agent position at Courtyard Houston by The Galleria is a crucial role responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and creating outstanding first impressions. The front desk agent is the welcoming face of the hotel, tasked with ensuring each guest's arrival, stay, and departure are smooth and enjoyable. With full weekend availability needed, shifts vary between 7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm. Job Requirements

  • Experience in hotel or related field preferred
  • Availability for full weekend shifts
