Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced setting and have open availability to cover a mix of evening shifts, including weekends and holidays. This role is scheduled for 2-3 shifts per week, between the hours of 7 AM and 9 AM, and is a tipped position providing valuable opportunities for additional earnings.

As an Evening Bistro Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, taking food orders, ensuring timely food delivery, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the bistro area. You will interact directly with guests, addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of basic beverage mixing techniques and cocktail recipes is essential, and candidates must have or be able to attain the appropriate ABC License to serve alcohol. Physical requirements include the ability to lift items up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods. Our team values individuals with a positive attitude, a commitment to high service standards, and the flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The Courtyard Denver West is proud to offer its employees a competitive benefits package after an initial waiting period for those transitioning into full-time roles. Benefits include daily pay options, medical, dental and vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability income protection, term life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401(k) retirement plan. We invite motivated hospitality professionals to apply for this rewarding opportunity and become a part of a team that strives for excellence in guest satisfaction and service quality. The application deadline for this position is August 7, 2026, and the hotel looks forward to welcoming new team members who will contribute positively to our vibrant community and upscale guest experience.
