We are currently seeking a dynamic Catering Manager to join our team. This position is an overtime eligible managerial role where you will play a pivotal part in driving the hotel’s catering sales and revenue growth. As a Catering Manager, you will bring your hospitality expertise and sales skills to the forefront, managing event sales, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring flawless event execution. Your role will be key to transforming clients into repeat customers and contributing directly to our hotel’s success. You will be responsible for orchestrating banquet orders, managing event schedules, and representing the hotel in local community and industry events. This position demands a creative mindset, strong organizational talents, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will also collaborate with various departments, participate in management meetings, support promotional initiatives, and maintain the highest standards of service and professionalism. - previous catering sales experience preferred
