Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year experience in hotel or related field
  • proficiency in Windows operating system
  • ability to perform detailed transaction balancing
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to work overnight shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to perform security walks and ensure safety of guests and property

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of experience in a hotel or related field
  • proficiency in Windows operating system
  • experience with spreadsheets and word processing software
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • ability to work independently
  • college coursework beneficial
  • supervisory experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests during the overnight shift
  • assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries
  • prepare and finalize Night Audit work ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing
  • conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety
  • prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights
  • collaborate with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service
  • use proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing software to complete tasks
  • demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and work independently
