Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • creativity and knowledge of food and beverage events, plus professional selling skills desired
  • valid driver’s license for the applicable state required
  • strong verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, convince, and influence clients and colleagues
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
  • ability to manage multiple tasks independently and present effectively

  • knock meeting planner goals and food and beverage sales out of the park while keeping guests smiling
  • build relationships with clients, take them on property adventures, and participate in local happenings making every event unforgettable
  • stay ahead by tracking market trends and always bringing fresh ideas to the table
  • spread positive vibes with guests and colleagues, attend key meetings, and keep the hotel running smoothly
  • deliver flawless event orders on time, communicate changes fast, and help every celebration shine
  • tackle any other fun challenge tossed your way by management
