We are currently seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team on a full-time basis, primarily for the mid shift from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., with flexibility required to cover other shifts as needed. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences that leave lasting impressions. This position demands a person who excels in hospitality, communication, and problem-solving, acting as the face of the hotel and the ultimate guest experience guru.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering warm welcomes, managing smooth and efficient check-ins and check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a smile. You will also manage reservations and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and organization behind the scenes. Your quick thinking and multitasking abilities will help resolve any challenges that arise during guests' stays, turning potential issues into positive outcomes. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality to shine while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere that guests appreciate and remember.
Candidates should have open availability, including weekends, and demonstrate a willingness to adapt shifts as business needs evolve. Past experience in a hotel or related customer service environment is preferred but not required, as is familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office programs. - High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- open availability including weekends
- flexibility to work primarily mid shifts from 2p-10p and adapt shifts as needed
