Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- open availability including weekends
- flexibility to work primarily mid shifts from 2p-10p and adapt shifts as needed
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask efficiently
- familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite

Job Duties
- Provide warm and professional greetings to guests upon arrival
- efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes
- handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
- coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
- manage reservations and update guest information in the hotel system
- process payments and financial transactions accurately
- quickly resolve guest issues and complaints with effective problem-solving skills
