Job Description

Our establishment is a stylish and contemporary hotel located in Louisville, Colorado, offering a prime location just 10 minutes from Downtown Boulder. This vibrant area is known for its unique shops, eclectic restaurants, and the University of Colorado Boulder, making it an attractive destination for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel prides itself on providing a comfortable and modern lodging experience, featuring spacious guest rooms with sleek decor, high-speed Wi-Fi, ergonomic workspaces, and flat-panel TVs with premium channels. Guests also have access to a well-equipped fitness center and an indoor swimming pool, allowing them to unwind and stay active during their stay.

The hotel includes a dining venue known as The Bistro - Eat. Drink. Connect., which serves hearty breakfasts, as well as dinner and cocktails in the evening. This setting emphasizes a welcoming, social atmosphere where guests can relax and connect, making it an essential part of the overall guest experience.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Evening Bistro Attendant to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time position with weekend PM shifts from 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining and drinking experience. As an Evening Bistro Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, taking food orders, and assisting with food preparation and plating according to hotel standards. You will maintain a clean, well-stocked bar and dining area while adhering to all safety and sanitary procedures.

This position suits individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, can multitask efficiently, and enjoy engaging with customers. Having a keen knowledge of beverage mixing techniques, cocktail recipes, and basic food preparation will be critical to your success. Availability to work evening shifts during weekends, and holidays as needed, is essential. Additionally, the role requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended durations.

Employees hired into full-time positions after an initial waiting period will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. This includes daily pay options, medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability income, life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401k retirement plan. The hotel is committed to creating a supportive work environment that values employee well-being and growth, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to contribute in a vibrant hospitality setting.
